What to bring:

Hotel Shuttle service:

Tour Operator provides complimentary shuttle service for all of our tours. Our shuttle operates from the George Town Cruise Ship Terminal, all Seven Mile Beach hotels and Airbnbs, and the West Bay area. Please note that we do not provide shuttle services from the East End area.

Persons driving to the Marina:

Please meet us at Safe Haven Marina on Turnberry Drive. Check-in is at the cabana across from the red rooftop; look for the Cayman Ocean Adventures sign and our table with the blue tablecloth.

Persons arriving on Cruiseship:

Please be advised that upon arrival in Grand Cayman, you will be tendered to shore. We recommend making arrangements onboard to secure an early tender to ensure you arrive in time for your tour. Once on shore, please proceed to the Royal Watler Terminal. Check-in is at the white tent located at the rear of the terminal. Look for the Cayman Ocean Adventures sign and our table with the blue tablecloth, located next to the snow cone stand. We request that you meet us at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Please note that all departure times are based on local time.

Health & safety:

For your safety, please note that all passengers must be able to swim or wear a life vest, which we provide. If anyone in your party is pregnant, has a heart condition, asthma, back problems, or is recovering from a recent surgery, please notify the captain before boarding so our crew can take the necessary precautions.

Weather & cancellations:

The captain has final authority on departure based on sea conditions. If we cancel for weather, you'll be offered a full refund or free rescheduling. If you'd like to cancel, see our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation policy.

Tipping:

Gratuities are not included but are always appreciated by the crew if you enjoyed your tour.
