The quickest Stingray City tour we run — 3 hours from Safe Haven Marina. Stand in waist-deep water with the rays at the sandbar, snorkel Coral Garden, finish at Starfish Point. Perfect for cruise passengers and half-day guests.
The Ocean Adventure is our most-booked Stingray City tour — a focused 3 hours that gets you to the famous sandbar and back in time for the rest of your Cayman day.
We take a smaller group out to Stingray City Sandbar first, while the morning light is still on the water. The sandbar sits in roughly 3-4 feet of clear Caribbean water — you can stand on the soft sand and the Southern stingrays come right up to you. Captain Darney positions the boat so the rays are close from the moment you step into the water.
From the sandbar we move to Coral Garden, the snorkeling stop where you’ll see tropical fish, fan corals, and (often) sea turtles passing through. Last stop is Starfish Point — knee-deep water, beautiful orange starfish, easy for non-swimmers and kids.
Included: snorkeling gear, life vests, bottled water and sodas, professional crew. Bring: swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen.
